Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Colorado Krav Maga app, in a browser or installed on your device, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
User accounts and responsibilities
Accounts are created only from an invite link. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you accept your invite, and to keep it up to date.
Children under 13 never get their own login; a parent or legal guardian manages the child's profile. Teens aged 13 to 17 may have their own login, linked to a parent's account.
Assumption of risk and liability
Use of this app does not supersede any physical liability waivers or membership contracts signed with Colorado Krav Maga Inc. or its affiliated entities. Krav Maga is a physical and contact-heavy self-defense system. By using this app in connection with your classes or training, you acknowledge the inherent risks of injury and agree that Colorado Krav Maga, its owners, and instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during training. All mandatory protective equipment rules and center policies apply.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms of service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, including failure to adhere to the financial and cancellation terms in your primary membership agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
